The Tire Recycle Rural High School Athlete of the Week is Tascha Livingstone of the Pilot Mound/Cartwright Pilots Fast pitch team.

This 5’5” pitcher and short stop lead the Pilots to the finals of the AAAA Division of the Saints Classic, the AAA Champions of the Winkler Tournament and the Zone 6 finals. She then pitched a complete 7 inning game win in the wildcard game recording 7 strike outs and batting .666% to help the Pilots qualify for the provincial fast pitch championships.   Coach Ruth Loney states, “Tascha is a quiet leader on and off the field and has a true passion for the game of fast pitch. Her dedication is inspiring to others on her team. “

This grade 11 student maintains an 81% average, while also participating in volleyball, cross country, and track at Cartwright School.
