Kimberly-Ann states, “High school sports are extremely important, if an individual is to develop in a healthy, happy way.  By belonging to a school team, one learns how to work well with others, and realizes that through teamwork, everyone’s goals can be achieved….Through sports, students also have the ability to build friendships with fellow teammates and create life-long memories.  Athletes learn to respect their coaches and value the time that is spent in helping them to accomplish their very best.”
