Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

Keegan Robinson of the Hamiota Huskies Soccer team is this week’s Tri-Star Rural High School athlete of the week. This 5’8” forward leads her team in scoring with 17 goals. In the Zone 10 finals victory she scored four times. She was also instrumental in the team’s victory at the Steinbach tournament where she scored 2 goals and played 100 of 110 minutes in Hamiota’s three games. Coach Gerald Negrave states, “Keegan has every asset that makes for an outstanding athlete. She is gifted, a leader, and a positive influence on everyone around her”. This grade 12 student maintains an average of 90%, while also competing in volleyball and basketball.
