Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Tire Recycle Rural High School Athlete of the Week is Jenna Rupa of the Shoal Lake Sharks volleyball team.

This 5’8” left side hitter led the Sharks to two consecutive tournament victories in Souris and Elkhorn and a current ranking of 9th in the latest weekly rankings. Coach Scott Martin states, “Jenna is a proven leader on the floor. She is a very capable server, defender and hitter. Her leadership has a positive and calming effect on the entire team.”

This grade 12 student maintains an 88% average, while also competing in badminton and soccer.
