Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Tire Recycle Urban Athlete of the Week is Cassandra Bosc of the Vincent Massey Trojans badminton team.

This girls doubles player, along with partner Julia Tan, were undefeated in the WWAC zone play, won the Girls Doubles in the WWAC Zone Championships, and won the MHSAA Provincial Badminton Championships. Coach Joanne Goodwin states, “Cassandra has been a dedicated member of Massey's Badminton Program for the past four years. She leads by example, and has given back to our program in many ways over the years. Cassandra began this year by teaching in our evening program for developing players early in September. She has been a role model throughout her years with our program. Cassandra's work ethic and dedication to all aspects of the game have enabled her to be so successful over the years.” 

In grade 12, he maintains a 96% academic average.
