Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Tire Recycle Rural High School Athletes of the Week are Kael Stueart & Tayah Vanstone of the Miami Marlins badminton team.

This mixed doubles team won three Junior Varsity tournaments this year, Northlands Parkway (Winkler), Louis Riel, and Carman tournaments.  Coach Brent Unrau states, “Kael and Tayah work and play really well together by supporting each other no matter if they win or lose.  They are both responsible, respectful, caring, and polite students.  They demonstrate great sportsmanship and strive to achieve the highest level possible in both academics and athletics.”

Kael maintains an 80% academic average, while Tayah maintains a 95% academic average.
