Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Urban High School Athlete of the Week is Easton Toews of the Murdoch MacKay Clansmen volleyball team.

This right side hitter led the Clansmen to a KPAC Tier 2 Championship.  Coach Edward Pieczonka states, "Easton is certainly a leader by example. He is regularly the one on the team who pushes himself to be better and encourages his teammates to do the same. He is a model student-athlete, in every sense of the term."

This grade 10 honour role student maintains an 80% academic average.
