Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Nic Wiebe of the Northlands Parkway Nighthawks volleyball team. 

This captain for the Nighthawks, led the team in kills, blocks, and service aces during the past week, which ultimately propelled the team to its first Varsity Boys SCAC Zone Championship in school's history.  Coach Pat Alexander states, "He is extremely hard working and dedicated and pushes the rest of his team to get better in all aspects of the game.  Nic also continues to work at improving his own game to help his team achieve the most success they can."

Currently in grade 12, he maintains a GPA of 3.3.
