Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Michayla Peacock of the Prairie Mountain Predators basketball team. 

Michayla led the Prairie Mountain Predators Varsity Girls Basketball team to the AA Varsity Provincial title where she was selected as MVP and earned a player of the game honour.  Coach Marvin Gundrum states, "Michayla is an integral part of our team, throughout the season she averaged a triple-double in points, rebounds, and assists."

In grade 12 she is maintaining an 80% academic average, while throughout the year competes on the school’s volleyball, cross country, fast pitch, and track & field teams.
