Team members have to learn commitment to their school, team members and their coaches and to work as a team. Involvement in Highs School Sport teaches leadership skills, sportsmanship and team work which will transfer into real life situations later in life. My High School Coach’s were amazing role models and mentors who taught me the true value of team work…I have learned it is more important to work hard and play as a team rather than have the tallest players or the players with the most ability.”
