Manitoba's Credit Unions Scholar Athlete

Brianna Solberg of Miles Macdonell Collegiate – participated in Volleyball, Soccer, Track & Field, Badminton and Golf. She was captain of the volleyball team and led them to the Final Four and was named both a provincial All-Star and graduating All-Star. Brianna was chosen as an MHSAA Athlete of the week, and was awarded the Dr. Dale Iwanoczko Scholarship and the Mike Burchuk Award for female volleyball player of the year. While maintaining a 94%, average Brianna was a volunteer on the Grad Committee, is a member of the school’s athletic council and volunteers with the School’s key Club. She is a regular volunteer at the Donwood Seniors Manor, and helped at the Christmas Cheer Board building hampers. She coaches for Highline Beach Volleyball and is an assistant coach for the girl’s 17U Cobra’s Volleyball.
