Hall of Fame - Builder Category

Frank McKinnon is a founding member of the Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association.  The former Principal of Carman Collegiate was MHSAA President from 1987-1989. He has also served as a Board member and on several committees.  He coached a number of sports including hockey and basketball, and was also quite involved with the community, serving as Chairman of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association, as well as Vice President of the Canadian Olympic Association.  The MHSAA currently presents an award named after Frank that recognizes an outstanding volunteer on an annual basis.  Frank is a member of the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame, the Manitoba Hockey Wall of Fame and the Westman Hall of Fame.
