Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

This 5’9” setter lead her team to an overall 34-7 season record including a 26-1 record against “A” and “AA” teams.  She leads her Raiders team in serves, aces, assists and blocks.  Coach Terrill Outhwaite states, “Rylie is an athletic setter who uses her jumping ability and quick feet to make every set look effortless. Her unique ability to cut balls off and run our entire offense from above the height of the net gives our hitters a huge advantage. Her dominating presence at the net allows our passers to stay aggressive in all scenarios and keeps opposing blockers guessing. Rylie is a dedicated student-athlete who takes as much pride in her studies as she does on the court”.

This grade 11 student maintains an 88% average, while also participating in golf, badminton, cross country and track & field.
