Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

Evan Fehr of the Springs Christian Academy Eagles Volleyball team is this week’s Home Run Sports Urban High School athlete of the week. This 6’2” middle blocker led his team to the Zone 12 Championship, earning a spot at the “AAA” Provincial Volleyball Championships and the #1 seed. Coach Richard Wiebe states, “Evan is a very efficient attacker in the middle. He can also pass well, and play defense well for a guy his size. Evan’s blocking is a huge asset to our team’s success as well. He can go on a string of 4 or 5 blocks in a row”. In grade 12, he also participates in basketball, badminton and track & field.
