Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

This 6’0” mixed doubles player, along with partner Kayla Duke, won the Zone 11 mixed doubles championship and finished second in the consolation side at the Provincial Badminton Championships.  Earlier this year he also lead his Eagles teams to the Zone 11 volleyball and basketball championships.  Coach Brenda Tozer states, “Allan was captain of both the volleyball team and the basketball team.  It was with his leadership and dedication to the team that he was able to help inspire his teams to dig deep and work hard.  He worked with the younger players on the badminton team to help improve their game as well.  Allan has that mixture of humour and dedication that gets his teammates to work hard”.  

This grade 12 student maintains an 81% average, while also participating in volleyball and basketball.
