Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

This 5’10” pitcher threw two no hitters and struck out 16 of 25 hitters she faced in the Dakota Lancer Tournament.  At the plate she had a .667 batting average, with 1.333 slugging percentage and an on base percentage of .714.  Coach Christy Capner states, “Madison is a strong leader for our program. She expects top notch performances from her teammates, but always leads by example. Madison is the loudest girl in the dugout, and always the first to congratulate a teammate on a job well done”.

These grade 12 student maintains an 85% academic average.
