Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Tire Recycle Urban Athlete of the Week is Devan Johnson of the Stonewall Rams boys hockey team.

This 5’6” goalie has recorded back to back shut outs to help the Rams get off to a 2-0 start on the season. Coach Kyle Nixon states, “Devan is a leader on the hockey team, not only by her play, but her work ethic.  She's a first on the ice last one off it kind of athlete, and any team success for the Rams is directly a result of her performance in net”.

This grade 12 student maintains a 90% average.
