Athlete of the Year

“A” Girls - Ferran Cardinal, of Glenboro School, participated in volleyball, basketball, badminton and track & field.  She was co-captain of her school basketball team and vice president of Student Council.  She officiated volleyball, basketball and baseball games and coached a grade 7 & 8 boys team.  Ferran’s Panthers won both the Provincial “A” volleyball and basketball championships and she was selected MVP in both championships.  She was also a recipient of the McDonald’s BEST basketball scholarship.
