Dr. Dale Iwanoczko Memorial Scholarship

Kristi Hunter, of the Goose Lake Angels in Roblin, is a 5’9” middle/left side player.  Maintaining a 93.6% academic average, Kristi led her high school team to a bronze medal in this year’s “AA” Provincial Volleyball Championships that her school also hosted.  She was selected as an All-Star at the Vincent Massey Vikings and Crocus Plains tournaments as well as the Provincial Championships.  Kristi has also been selected as a graduating all-star, named to the Winnipeg Sun’s Top Ten, named to the All-Manitoba team, nominated for the Mike Burchuk Award and selected as an MHSAA Athlete of the Week.  She is on Student Council and is Secretary for the Manitoba Charolais Youth Association.  Kristi hopes to play volleyball at the university level and make the National Team.tar, named to the Winnipeg Sun’s Top Ten, named to the All-Manitoba team, nominated for the Mike Burchuk Award and selected as an MHSAA Athlete of the Week.  She is on Student Council and is Secretary for the Manitoba Charolais Youth Association.  Kristi hopes to play volleyball at the university level and make the National Team.
