Morris Glimcher Student Manager Award

Rui has been a manager in the Daniel McIntyre Boys Basketball system for three years, and this year was selected as “Head Manager” of the team of four managers.  After every game, he gathered and tabulated all statistics and created a team website.  He was at every practice and was always busy, whether it be operating the clock, working on travel arrangements or washing practice jerseys.  “He is probably the most complete manager I have ever had because of his approach and attitude towards his responsibilities,” stated coach Carey Lasuik.  “He is also a very pleasant and mature young man with a great sense of humour,” added Lasuik.
