Distances:
Grades 4 to 8 (M/F) – 2000m
Grades 9 & 10 (F) – 3000m
Grades 9 & 10 (M) – 4000m
Grades 11 & 12 (F) – 4000m
Grades 11 & 12 (M) – 5000m

Team Entries: A team will consist of a maximum of 6 and a minimum of 4 athletes of one gender with the
best 4 performances counting in the team score.  Athletes must belong to the same school.
