Frank L. McKinnon Award

Kevin Newton of Glenboro School, Glenboro, Manitoba was presented the Frank L. McKinnon Award for his outstanding volunteerism in high school sports.  Newton, a 33 year teaching and coaching veteran, is principal of Glenboro School.  They have hosted around a dozen Provincials, and he has been very involved with each one. Kevin is an internationally ranked Volleyball Official, and has captured a Provincial championship.
