Athlete of the Year

Bruce Akubukaka of St. Paul’s High School – participated in Volleyball and Basketball.  He was a member of the Provincial Champion Basketball team and was named to the All Manitoba and Graduating All-Star Volleyball team.  He was ranked 3rd in the Winnipeg Sun Top 10 players poll and was part of the Provincial Volleyball team finalists.  He volunteers as a scorekeeper for volleyball tournaments and helps coach the Daniel McIntyre Volleyball.  His plan is to enter Brandon University is September
