Payworks Coach of the Month

After a 1-3 start to the year for the Carman Cougars hockey team, Jeff has since led the team to 12 straight wins, most of which against teams in the top of the standings. From this 12 game win streak, the Cougars now have a .813 win percentage on the year, which is good for second in the Zone IV High School Hockey League.

Along with the tremendous winning streak, Jeff has got the team to buy in to playing every shift and taking accountability to do their best not only for themselves, but for the team.
