Frank L. McKinnon Award

Keith Forsyth of Boissevain School was presented the Frank L. McKinnon Award for his outstanding volunteerism in high school sport.

Keith spent numerous years coaching the Boissevain Bronco Basketball team. He has a passion for basketball, even though it wasn’t a sport that he played himself in high school. He has had an impact on so many students, and although basketball was Keith’s most time-consuming sport it was his willingness to help others in so many ways that makes Keith stand out. Apart from coaching other school teams he participated on several committees and was a leader in Zone 9. Keith dedicated time and effort towards making Boissevain School a better environment for the students. His ideas for change in Bronco athletics were many and to say that Keith is a strong contributor to High School Athletics is an understatement.
