Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Madison Peck of the Sturgeon Heights Huskies volleyball team.

Madison has established herself as one of top Liberos in this year's graduating class. This weekend at the Vincent Massey Brandon tournament she passed 2.31, had 11 assists, and 61 digs.  Coach Ryan Vermette states, "Madison has a great combination of skills, her steady passing along with her ability to read hitters has provided the Huskies with some outstanding defence. Her ability to always train to her full potential has seen her make some great strides as a back row specialist."

In grade 12, she maintains a 3.0 GPA.
