Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Takashi Kisaku of the Maples Marauders badminton team.

Kisaku, competing in boys singles, won gold at the Maples Masters Invitational Badminton tournament this past weekend. He went undefeated, winning a total of 12 sets, leading the Marauders to win the Aggregate Trophy as well. Kisaku has also been a part of the cross country and track and field teams this year. 

In grade 11 he maintains an 83% academic average.
