Garett Lee Sidor Memorial Scholarship

Darian maintains an 85% academic average while participating not only in basketball, but soccer, badminton, track & field, and baseball. Darian demonstrates leadership on and off the court and always looks for ways to bring the team together. He works as hard as possible, despite the score, and inspires his fellow student athletes and teammates to do the same on the basketball court and the soccer pitch.  He makes use of the fitness centre at the school and participates in student council led activities. Darian helps with basketball camps for younger students, he is a scorekeeper, was part of the school’s fundraising initiative for new uniforms and has earned his volunteer credit by helping at the local recreation commission on bingo nights, and painting bleachers and the dugouts.
