Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Logan Harz of the Springfield Sabres track & field team.

Harz capped off her high school track career by winning gold in the 800m and 1500m races at the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Provincial High School Track & Field Champioships. Logan is a committed and disciplined athlete that works hard to achieve her goals. Coach Severyn Wojcik states, "Logan is a humble champion and always takes the time to cheers on all other competitors. She is a very deserving recipient of this award, and all her coaches are proud of her success." This year she also won all of her KPAC Cross Country races and placed 3rd in the Cross Country Provincials and was the setter on the volleyball team that took home the Tier 2 KPAC banner. 

This grade 12 student maintains a 97% academic average.
