Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Colby Darragh of the Warren Wildcats basketball team.

Darragh has had a great start to the basketball season this year. She helped lead the Wildcats to finish second at the Crocus Plains tournament where she averaged 21. 4 points per game and was selected as a tournament All-Star. At the Pembina Trails Tournament she averaged 20.7 points per game and was selected as a game star.  This past weekend in Souris she averaged 30 points per game and was named the Tournament MVP as the Wildcats won the tournament. Coach Jason Darragh states, "Colby is a hard worker and continues to work on her game every chance she gets".

This grade 11 student has a 99% academic average and participates in cross country, volleyball, badminton, track & field and soccer.
