Kendra Topham’s commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment both in the classroom and on the field of play is truly remarkable. Kendra is in her second year of teaching and has a love for coaching. Her first year she dove into coaching numerous sports and still continues. Kendra coaches soccer and volleyball simultaneously, and then seamlessly transitions into coaching high school basketball, and track and field. While doing this, she shows strong organizational skills and unwavering commitment to her students' growth and development. What sets her apart is not just her ability to excel in multiple sports, but also her talent for connecting with students on a personal level. Kendra's genuine care and interest in their well-being create a safe and inclusive space where students feel valued and supported. Her ability to make these connections shows her dedication to understanding each student's unique needs and aspirations. Moreover, her coaching efforts go beyond simply teaching the skills of the game.
