Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Athlete of the Week

The Dairy Farmers of Manitoba High School Athlete of the Week is Hudson Meek of the Ross L. Gray Raiders basketball team in Sprague.

Meek helped the Raiders defend their home court and the Tyler Primrose Memorial Trophy.  Throughout the tournament, he averaged 24 points, 25 rebounds and 4 assists per game.  Coach Rob Stradeski states, "He is as much of a leader in the classroom as he is on the court.  He is always willing to help his fellow classmates when he can and he will ask for help when he needs assistance.  Hudson is our go-to student when we need anything done in our school".

In grade 12, he maintains an 89% academic average.
