Frank L. McKinnon Award

Jim has been coaching for 30 years and his main sport is Volleyball.   He has captured five AAAA Provincials, and as athletic director at Lord Selkirk has a very strong program.  Jim was recognized as MHSAA Coach of the Year in 1994, and Manitoba Volleyball Association Coach of the Year on two occasions.  Jim coached the U of M Bison’s from 1997 to 2000 when Garth Pischke took a leave of absence and won a Gold Medal.  Jim has hosted numerous Championships, sat on organizing and wildcard committees, and always provides technical information and support when required.
