Athlete of the Year

Sterling Nostedt of Neelin High School in Brandon, is the “AAA” Male Athlete of the Year.  Sterling was captain of the Spartans Volleyball and Basketball, Provincial Championship winning teams.  He was also the Players’ Choice Award recipient in Basketball and the Provincial MVP for Basketball.  Sterling was selected to the Graduating All-Star team, and received the Garret Lee Sidor and Canada Basketball Scholarships.  He was a member of the Grad Committee, coaches Mini Spartans, officiates middle years Volleyball and Basketball and is a Brandon School division Track  Field Assistant.
