Dr. Dale Iwanoczko Memorial Scholarship

Devyn Plett, of the Mennonite Brethren Hawks, is a 6’2” setter. He was selected as the Winnipeg Sun Top 10 - #1 ranked player, Dennis Nord Award Winner, MVA Graduating All-Star, and to the Graduating All-Manitoba Team.  He led the Hawks to the “AAAA” Provincial Championship where he was named the Championship MVP.  During the season he was MVP at the U of W and Harry Ainley tournament, while picking up all-star recognition at the MBCI tournament. He has volunteered countless hours at MBCI coaching, scorekeeping and officiating for both basketball and volleyball.  He plans to play for the Trinity Western Spartans Volleyball team next year while pursuing a degree in either Education or Business.  Devyn currently maintains a 85% academic Average.
