Dr. Dale Iwanoczko Memorial Scholarship

Emory Wells, of the Miles MacDonell Buckeyes, is a 6’1” setter.  Emory was selected as an All-Star at the University of Winnipeg Tournament, MVP honours at the University of Manitoba Tournament as well as the All-Star honours at the “AAAA” Boston Pizza High School Volleyball Championships.  His Buckeyes won the U of W, U of M, St. Vital, Big Spike and Mennonite Brethren tournaments in Manitoba, as well as the Western Canadian Challenge tournament in Alberta.  Emory has been involved in teaching volleyball to inner city elementary school children through a drop in program.
